Horrific Service

I had booked in my Samsung NX300 camera at the MM ALL Rivonia centre

The fault on it was that it wasnt coming on They had the unit for 3 days before i called and complained and then only a tech had a look at it,

it worked for a month and now its doing the same thing i then went back and booked this unit in on the 2nd of December and up till today i had not one call from them to tell me what is even going on.

i had called early on today after trying to call 5 times and getting cut off spoke to the FRONT MANAGER what ever that may be and he was the same guy that helped me on Saturday . i spoken to him today and he said he will get the tech guys to have a look at it and get back to me

this was at 10;30 this morning

still up till now no feedback. the service is **** and i am going to post this on every type pf social media just so people know not to go and deal with them,

I will also complain to the CPA just so they know that i am not a joke and the customer is not a game
