Horrible service

I took my phone in for repairs a month ago, was told I needed to pay R5000 for it, I then asked if I can pay in two instalments and the consultant says it's OK I can pay R2000 deposit ant will pay the balance when I pick up the phone which I did but since then I haven't heard anything from them, I called in to check and I was kept on hold..The consultant that answered sounded like she had no idea of what I was talking about and referred me to another consultant which unfortunately I did not get the name and was promised to be called back but nothing so far...I am very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend anyone to take their items there for repairs...
