Exceeding my expectations!!

Whilst samsung Agent explained that the washing machine door rubber that needs to be replace i need to pay for. Its wear and tear item.Ive contacted Abeshan ,he took it upon himself to contact samsung and came back and he was advised that it would be covered under warranty. Monday 25 th the call was locked and on Wednesday 27th the technician arrived and replace the door rubber.Thank you!!
