Receptionist refuses to let me through to technician and takes samsung s6 (faulty fingerprint scanner) out of my hand and start wiping phone without my permission. That is after I told her my mom's last videos and pictures before she passed away is in there. She could see how upset I was and even through my tears had a huge grin on her face.
