Does not accept liability for damage

I want to share my experience of MM All Electronics in Woodmead so that people are aware of their poor customer service. When carrying out repairs to my Samsung fridge/freezer, the MM All Electronics Technician damaged a table by leaving a long scratch on it. MM All Electronics denies any wrongdoing as their Technician claims the scratch was already there (which I have strongly contested). I have repeatedly tried to follow this up with MM All Electronics and Samsung who both promised to resolve the matter but have had no success. It appears Samsung do not wish to get involved even though they sub-contract their repairs to this company and MM All Electronics will not accept responsibility for the damage caused by their employee. I will think twice about purchasing another Samsung product based upon the quality of their after sales service and I certainly will not allow MM All Electronics to carry out any further repairs for me as their employees appear to have no regard for your property.
