DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!MM All Electronics - SAMSUNG APPROVED REPAIR STORE

On the 4th May 2020

I went into the MM All Electronics Rivonia branch to get my phone repaired. After waiting 1hr 15min to be attended to, the consultant took a further 35min to book in my phone. I was told that they do same day repairs, the consultant then checked on the system I picked up that there is no spares to repair the phone. He told me that spares will be order and delivered the next day and if I make full payment they expiate and have the phone repaired the next day being Tuesday. I then waited a further 10min for an invoice to be generated just so I can make payment, the lady at the cashier gave me several contact numbers with I could possibly contact which I did the next day Tuesday. NO ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THIS PLACE, if they do decide to answer you will have to call at least 4times until someone answer the phone. After making several phone calls to them on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, they have still not received the parts, there is no level of professionalism at this company,The lady that answers the phone SHOULD NOT WORK IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. NO ONE TAKES THE INITIATIVE TO CALL CUSTOMERS BACK AND FOLLOW UP!!!!! I am so disgusted by the level of service that was received and I WILL MAKE IT MY OWN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW,NEVER TO VISIT THIS STORE EVER. As a Sumsung accredited repair store, @SAMSUNG SA should seriously review how this store conducts business.
