Disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service delivery from day 1 I waited 20 min waiting to be assisted while there’s 2 consultants 1 was busy joking and laughing with other clients doe 20 min they other consultant was busy wrapping appliances. Not professional at all it’s like a circus , no seating areas with social distancing on arrival , I mean we’re in a pandemic. When you call you never get through and if you do you get ****py service from the them. I brought in my microwave two weeks ago and nobody keeps you updated , should I smell that it’s ready for collections no man something needs to be done about this is. Not on
