COMPLETE ******* - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

I took my Samsung earphones to Samsung Service Centre (MM All Electronics) in The Wedge, Rivonia Road, Sandton and have been **********.

I was charged a R250.00 assessment fee when handing them over despite having detailed exactly what the issue was on the hand over form. A few days later the "report" came back with exactly what i had told them on the hand over form - no further detail or reason as to why there were problems. This was the first *******.

Keep in mind these earphones are only just out of warrantee but live in their case so how can this happen without explanation.

They then proceeded to quote me more than a new pair to fix them. This is the second *******.

I suspect they are ripping people off both on the assessment fee and the repair fee.
