BAD SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL

Took my Samsung PC into M.M.All Electronics two weeks ago for repairs.<br> Was one year into a 2 year warranty. Jack confirmed that this PC was under<br> warranty and it is written on the job sheet. He told me that it needed a new<br> motherboard and would be ready in a couple of days. Today, the day it was<br> supposed to be ready, was told it was not under warranty and I would have to <br> pay for it.!!!!!
