Bad service

I don't know how Samsung can still refer clients to MM All Electronics. They have no idea what service is! First, we waited for a technician to come out and see what is wrong with our fridge. He only came after we phoned his supervisor. Now we are waiting for a quote from them. We were supposed to get the quote on Monday. When I phoned yesterday morning Petrus told me that he will sent the quote within the hour. 4 hours later I phoned again and the receptionist told me that he will phone me back in half an hour. Of course this did not happen so I phoned again. The phone would ring for a while and then someone ended the call. This happened 5 times. I still did not speak to them and still waiting for the quote!!!
