Bad Service

I visited Samsung shop in Vodawrold and they advised me to take my phone to MM All Electronics for repair. I did that, and submitted my phone in on the 13th of May 2015. On submission, I was informed that I would be contacted within one day and given a quote.<br> <br> On the 14th i called to check on the status of my phone and was told they would call me back. No one called me back. I then called again on the 15th of May, again they said they would call me back. No one called me back. I called again on the 18th today and they said they would call me back. <br> <br> I am very concerned with the service and lack of comminication. I was told that it would take one day for me to be informed on the status of my phone and now its the 18th of may, i havent even been called by anyone even though i have called them three times.<br> <br> My advice is dont take your phone there and maybe even think twice before buying a samsung if Samsung doesnt seem to do anything about this.<br>
