Bad attitude and poor service

My wife was referred to them through Samsung as we need our washing machine door rubber seal to be replaced. This was mentioned to them when the call to request assistance was initially made. A day after the call out fee is paid someone comes to the house. Gives my wife attitude about why he didn't call ahead and does not fix the problem that was reported and says he will come back whenever he is booked to come back. This is after sitting in his car on a personal call while my wife was waiting for him to come into the house and fix the appliance. Pathetic service and I will tell everyone I know not to ever use Mm electronics and might even never but a Samsung appliance again if these are the type of contractors they use.
