Awesome service through and through

<p>Took my phone in for repairs. Lebo pulled out all stops to assist me after I didn't get the assistance from Samsung head office and all Pertunia could offer me over the phone was a logging of a complaint which would be responded to in 72 working hours!</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone had a defective battery and the managers Nina, tended to my issue pronto and made a plan that would not inconvenience me of not being with a phone all weekend and did the necessary escalation to Samsung head office on my behalf.</p> <p> </p> <p>Leroy was my technician - so friendly and he personally came out to give me updates of the progress and where the issue resulted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such an awesome awesome team! You three really made my day. Such service!! I'm delighted!</p>
