A WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

My TV was picked up 2 days ago which I keep in excellent condition. It was returned today and I was told that the screen was changed, the TV is under warranty guess what the screen was not changed. These guys are ********* they probably will charge Samsung for work they didn't do. The TV came back in a worse state than it went in.

I can not believe Samsung uses a fly by night company like this and the best part this is one of the high end TV not your series 4 or 5 or even 6 or 7

What a bunch of clowns - maybe its time to move over to LG OLED its a sign from the universe.
