Worst customer service

I made a purchase on the 30th of July 2022. I selected the insured shipping method which states that you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days. Up until today (30th August 2022) I still have not received an order from this company yet they have deducted the amount of purchase from my account. I made several attempts to contact this company by email and social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram and I have never received a response. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and their business practices are completely *********. I made an attempt to contact Luke Vlotman from the ML Edition team in regards to canceling my order and refunding my purchase , he acknowledged my several requests and never provided feedback. This is absolutely one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I will never recommend their services to anyone because they are a complete waste of time and money. I still haven't received my order neither has my purchase been reimbursed to me. In the most simplest form , I was ****med by this company. I have all the proof to validate this complaint and I am absolutely disappointed
