POOR SERVICE

on the 25th July 2022 i placed an order online with this store. on the 5th August i get an email requesting for the pep delivery address and i respond. that was the last email correspondence i received from ML EDITION <***> - and still have not received the product that i have ordered. this is perthitic service and if this is how they do business then they should really consider closing their on line store cause its really not working
