On 29 September, outsurance send ML roadside assist to help me with my vehicle that broke down. The tow truck driver suggested that he takes the vehicle to there workshop and they will give me a quote for the repairs. I told him they can do this, but I don't want any costs from this inspection, which he agreed on. On Monday the 30 September at 8h30 I phoned there office and once again told the lady that works in the office, that I can't afford any expense at this time, and that the quote can be provided without stripping the car or do any repairs. They then supp**** me with a quote, I told them I do not have the money to pay for this repairs, and that the vehicle should be delivered to my house where I will pay the towing cost. I was then phoned by a man named Louis (I assume the owner) he told me I have to pay 6 hours labour ± R600 an hour) for the quote inspection, before I can get my vehicle back. This to me is ******ion as I can't get my vehicle back before payment of these costs. And I told them twice explicitly not to incur any cost for me. Please warn other people not to fall in this trap.
