Bad service and no payment

The owner of the company, is rude and has no manners he talks to everyone like they are a piece of trash even his workers. We did work for went and drop of the work everything was fine now he is refusing to pay , and his workers are wearing the shirts. I will not recommend him or his two companies. He is a ***** , I am not the first person he is refusing to pay.
