Headlights not replaced from front damage
Mercedes Benz went in for Minor front damage due to small fender bender. Grill and bumper was fixed and happy with spray work. During the repairs i made a turn at M&L and checked on vehicle. made them aware of the both headlights that i am noticing water inside and fogging up while the repairs where underway and this was not like this before the damage. Few days later collected vehicle happy with the repairs but headlights still had water inside and i again told them this was most likely from the damage and they should have let the insurer know to replace the headlights. after few emails up and down insurance instructed M&L to replace headlights. vehicle was taken back and M&L installed headlights. When i got home same day same issue and again i had to contact M&L and insurance. Long story short insurance instructed M&L to get Headlights from manufacturers instead and send the vehicle to Mercedes after new headlights installed to check if all ok. Currently waiting on the headlights on order.
