Got there was security has usual<br> the old lady called receptionist to call on the phone came spoke to the lady telephonically she interviewed me on the ask why I am here told her the reason also told her that I cant mention other things on the phone I will need to speak to you directly she started intorigating that, she said I need to know everything before you came up so that I can tell you whether I she can assist or not. So I was advised to go to her floor number 7 has I went up greetend the lady she responded with attitude told her that I'm looking for a certificate of service for my dad she asked if I have the required documents I responded yes, she said that I must leave them then I asked her who will I say I left the documents with politely but she started with funny attitude she said I have attitude while I'm asking and I believe that I had the right to ask that question. then I related my story she said she doent want to my story and what I'm looking for I wont get it I must forget. Iwas not impressed with that attitude has person who is working with people. Please assist me what can I do?
