What a joke for service!

Our alarm in the house went off so they called and we advised to send someone to have a look because we are at work, I rushed home anyway to make sure anything is okay! No one was at our house and in the mean time they called to advise a agent went to our house and everything is okay, so I called them and spoke to a lady in the control room and asked her to get the person on the line to advise where he went because no one was at our house! So I asked “ please ask the man if we have any animals on the premises” after 5 min of waisting my airtime he finally decided to answer his radio and responded to the kant in the control room and said yes we have ***eons! So I said we don’t have pingions!!! Then he responded saying everyone has ***ions! What a f>|€{^{ joke! I told her I want a manager to call me back and guess what? I’m still waiting! What a joke! This could have been serious! What if we are sleeping at night and someone decides to break into the house and they send an idiot like this who probably stopped at the wrong house and things everything is a joke! Do they know we PAY for the service they are providing? Obviously as long as you pay, why would they care! No one takes their work seriously. !!!!!
