Pathetic service from mkhosi funerals Emalahleni (witbank)

Very very bad service and misleading information patterning the policy I took with them. Have a funeral cover with the mentioned parlour. May 2021 I lost a member who was covered in my policy, however when they had to assist with burial a lot of stories came up regarding the policy and I was never satisfied with the coffin they were offering and also the manner in which the whole funeral will be done. As a result I decided to stop them from burying the member and had to look for another funeral undertaker to assist with the burial and worse part of it I incurred costs for the burial. Was told that the member was covered for R5000 the whole thing was never explained from the time I signed up for the policy. Spoke to Zandile on *** and was reluctant with regards to the refund as they did not assist with the burial and yet I've been paying for the policy for years. As an unhappy client I feel that I need to be compensated. Policy number #***. Somebody senior needs to look into this refund issue and get it resolved.
