M&K Satellite Service???

I contacted M&K Satellites to come and resolve the issue with my DSTV signal, which appeared to be related to the signal. When contacting the owner - Mario the phone is not answered and a message refers you to [Email Removed] For two weeks at the end of January I tried to arrange for them to come through to my unit in a Sectional title in Fourways within which they are contracted to do all of the satellite related work. I was only told on the first week that they would not be available on the Saturday. No explanation in terms with why. I then arranged it for the following Saturday and after keeping me in the dark for most of the week told me on Friday - after I contacted THEM - that they would be unable to accommodate me because they had not heard from other units in the complex in relation to work that was requested during the week. So basically they do not work over weekends unless they have enough interest. Not only was I sitting without DSTV for 3 weeks (One week was spent trying to arrange for the units above me to be available) but I could only use these guys. Absolutely shocking service. Ultimately I got someone else in to fix what was a simple issue
