MK Truck Rentals CC sucks!!!!!

I so angry at MK Truck Rentals CC, their truck driver LD MO***ENG who drives a truck with Reg JL17MYGP reversed on my car, while I was on my lane waiting for a robot to open, I reported the matter to MK Truck Rentals cc, till today I have not forgotten a response. I submitted all they requested in terms of paperwork to the lady by the name of Desiree ***, who kept on saying she will get back to us. I did mention that I use this car to get an income, now its towards month end, how I am I supposed to pay all my bills, car installment, school fees etc.. this is so frustrating. This happened last month on the 14.06.204, its 16.07.2024 today and I saw the same truck on the same spot this morning in Durban. I need this sorted out urgently, as they are refusing to give me details for their insurance company and claim number for my claim.
