BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!

Myself and my mom went for a full body massage on the 5th of May 2026 .at MK Beauty Studio in Rondevlei. My mom on 2 occasions asked the the****** to be gentle . Not once did the the****** acknowledge she will be gentle or asked if pressure is fine .Wednesday my mom woke up in agony and body bruised. I messaged the owner to inform her about the current state of my mom's body and attached pictures. Her reply was she will consult with the the****** and get back to me .

FIRSTLY NO SORRY THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED !!!!! Bad customer service from the get go .

She explained the the****** said she asked my mom if the pressure was fine on the back and my mom confirmed it was . Which is a LIE !! I also had a massage and wasn't asked if pressure was fine .

Not once did the owner take ownership of the situation . Today 7th May mom had to seek medical advise and it was confirmed my mom sustained multiple bruising to her upper back and chest.

I was left with a bluetick after my complaint .

Bad service from the owner and no customer etiquette .
