Poor response and service after being paid.

MK Appliance services changed a compressor on my fridge, After 12 hours it was still running, it never got cold enough to switch off. The technician promised to come back and check it. After many messages and calls and a lot of promises to come and check it, I am still waiting. 4 days now.
