Appalling customer service and no regard of proper feedback.

<p>Several days now and all I requested was up to date feedback regarding a claim with MJ's trust, but that seems too much to ask. They sent me from pillar to post and requested several documents but each time, each time they come up with some other ridiculous request that prolongs the outcome of my claim. Seems to be a mickey mouse company and none of the consultants seem to know what they are doing.</p> <p> </p>
