Took my deposit & never returned

Michiel Du Toit from MJs Cupboards told me I had to pay a 75% deposit upfront that night to secure the material which I paid in April and now in July I still haven't seen him to come and do the job. His phone is constantly off, doesn't reply to sms or email. I have no idea where he is or what has happend to my deposit. I am very disappointed and don't know what to do.
