Terrible service and possible ****

A horrible, dissatisfying experience. I ordered two dresses, before placing the order I asked the company that I had found on Instagram if they would deliver on time and they assured me they would. After begging for response & where about a of my Oder they responded and said they were away for their birthday celebration. After days of following up, remains patient and trusting that my order will arrive they eventually connected with a partner from my city who only sent one of the dresses that actually looked nothing like what was advertised. Now 12 days later I still do not have my order. They have not been responding to my questions and when I said I would assume I got ****med and report their business they said go on ahead. I told them how disgraceful was their conduct and that it’s people like them that ruin a name for small businesses. They showed no care or empathy. I had to spend more money on last minute to purchase another dress. Businesses like these can not get away with terrible conduct. I am so ****ed.
