Money taken and no job finished

Do not use the above business. We paid 80% deposit upfront for a kitchen and bar back in Oct 2019. We found that the work was very below par and we are waiting for completion, but now Mr JM has disappeared leaving us with a unfinished substandard kitchen and uncompleted bar all of which will have to be ripped out and started again at our expense. Please do not use this company.
