MJA Steelworks - they make phantom gates

I accepted the quote from Annelize & Marius du Preez - MJA Steelworks in 74 Mabel street, Oakdale Bellville - to make & install a big 5.2 meter steel gate & panel next to our garage. After we paid the deposit mid September, it took us up to end of December to get the deposit back (with the help of attorneys), as the gate was never made. I received all the excuses in the book: The galvanzing company is delayed, their worker did not pitch, Marius is sick, the bakkie has been ******.... Amazing all the reasons why the gate (which was never made), could not be installed! All the time I was made to believe the gate was made. I offered to collect it and install it myself, but obviously that never happened.
