Taken money from my account without my authority

My account number was inadevertedly link to another customer because the line was bad and the staff member couldnt hear the account number properly. Instead of verifying this number by another means it was \made up". Now I have been struggling for almost 3 weeks to get my money back. Debit orders was taken more than 30 days ago so my bank will not refund it for me. I have been in phone contact every day but there is always another excuse. DIGI CASH was helpful and blocked my account to prevent any other debit orders. <br> <br> Their promises are empty"
