Please pay back my money!

The Manager Jean De Beer, who is now under Highway Motor Group, has abused my patience for far too long now. It's now 6 months since I paid for the car that I don't even own today. He is refusing to refund me. His treatment has made this year the worst for me and affected me financially, emotionally and physically.
