Bogus dealership!!!

The worst decision I ever made was to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I paid for the car on the 14th of June 2024 cash and to date (19 September 2024) I don't have the car. I asked for a refund 3 weeks after and even today i dont have my money. The dealership Manager is giving me a run around and I do not know what else to do.
