No words for poor business

I have bought a bakkie at them in October 2023, and after +- 2weeks of waiting for the bakkie they called and told me the vehicle was in an accident prior. All good but, all the paper work are still under my name and i still pay monthly for the vehicle that i dont have.

Before i knew everything about them i bought another bakkie through them in the end of October 2023. Till this day i did not receive the new bakkie’s manual and service records after almost 6 months, and yet monthly do i pay the first bakkie’s payments because the did not yet cancel the financing for the first bakkie.

All most on a daily basis i contact the “Owner” to ask for the old bakkie to be removed from financing and to pay back the monthly payments that was made on the vehicle after it was agreed on by him that he will wat the monthly payments till it is no longer under my financing, yet this is not done and he owes me the last 3 months payments. And till date i have not yet received the new bakkie’s service record and manual.

The moral of the story is, this is a very bad experience with countless messages and calls being ignored and every day a new excuse arises. Never ever buy/sell or do any business with them.
