M&J MOTOR REPAIR MECHANICAL JUNCTION PTY LTD

I booked my vehicle in with M & J Auto Repairs (Mechanical Junction Pty Ltd) on 20 November 2024 for a service. I only received it back on 28 June 2025 — more than 7 months later — and the vehicle was still not fixed.

I informed the manager immediately that the problem was not resolved. He responded by saying he was "done with the vehicle" and promised to refund me the R8000 I had paid in December. Despite this promise, I’ve been ignored ever since, and no refund has been made.

This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and a clear case of bad service. I was left with no choice but to sell my car because of the poor workmanship. I’m requesting my refund as promised.
