MJ DSTV Installations Orkney can't install DSTV's

I moved to Klerksdorp and need my DSTV dish to be installed.. I phoned MJ Installations Orkney to do that for me.. He don't use the correct cable a small thin one and the "eye" of the dish that was broken by movers he installed was a second hand one but he charged me for a new one.. The cables was just hanging loose over the front of the dish.. Pathetic... DSTV was not working and I keep on phoning him and he just ignore my calls... Not even coming back. Please never ever make use of MJ Installations Orkney.. He don't know what he is doing.. Cost me get another DSTV Installer to fixed everything... MJ Installations charged me R900 and I paid for the other installer R700 to fix everything the other one could not do.. I warn people to please don't make use of MJ Installations Orkney.. And on his ad stands Professional services... Pathetic!!!! Dont know the meaning of prpfessional.
