COMPLAINT TO JM MOTORS BENONI

This Complaint for MJ Motors BENONI. I was interested in trading in my car for a Blue 2016 Ford Figo 1.5 TDCi Trend 5 door. The response I got was yes it's available, so I told whom ever I spoke to that I want to trade in my car, it's a 2012 Fiat Punto Grande 1.4 EASY 5door and the response I get is " it's cash only.

I saw the adverti*****t on CARS. CO. ZA and NO WHERE I this adverti*****t was there any mention of the car is cash only. So from my point of view that is seen as false advertising and I'm very disappointed in this as it makes cliants get happy and exited just to be let down.
