Stay away from them

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. The person that was on the phone did not want ro disclose their name but want you disclose your name. Extremely rude and not willing to help at all. This was with a *** that was paid off in 2024, received a paid up letter and still they have not updated their and the credit records.
