Avoid Beame Mix Telematics

Contract on Opel was not renewed by me, the vehicle was sold. Mixtelematics are insisting/demanding cancellation fee of *** plus as I renewed the contract when it expired a few years ago. I did not renew this contract. Polo contracted expired contract was also renewed without my authorization or mandate. I canceled this renewed contract as well. as I had not authorized any continuation of the Polo contract. Nor did I or my husband mandate any monetary deduction off any bank account. The tracking unit also goes to "sleep" if the vehicle is not driven for a day or two. You have to drive the vehicle ten kilometers to activate the unit! Only then does it register as active. And can the vehicle be tracked. The APP also is only able, when thr unit is activated and active, to give u three days prior location. Not where your car is right at that moment.
