Import product that you can only use for 2 months.

<p>I purchased a Vape sold by above company through Takealot.com.</p> <p> </p> <p>Date of purchase was on the 8th of February. less than a montn ago, the coil of the Vape had to be changed and since then I have been struggling to find replacements coils for the vape. </p> <p> </p> <p>I havebeen to numerous reputable Vape stores and all with the same outcome, We do not stock those coils and we are sure they are not available in South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I since got in contact with the above seller and was told the Vape is out of warranty and as it has been used and non refundable.</p> <p>If I want the unit repaired , I will have to pay the cost if getting the Vape back to the supplier , even though it is not defective or damaged, which I think is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't understand how you sell a product that you know has no replacements available for the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder how many other customers fell into the same trap as myself and hopefully by doing this , it will be sorted out swiftly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think this is how they make their profits by leeching of people who worked hard to get the money to pay for their products.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unscrupilous behavoiur and I want it known to the public not to shop with them.</p> <p> </p>
