Bad service at X-TREND in Menlyn , that will lead to talking legal action

I had a very bad experience and not once but on several occasions with the shop named X-TREND in Menlyn because :

1. The ladies at that shop are not welcoming and will make you feel like you are not suppose to be in the store. Every time I enter the shop they stop what they are doing and gather together then, I don't know whether they talk about me or what, because they will talk among themselves and keep on looking at me in a very rude and unpleasant way. My 13yrs old daughter even said we should stop shopping at that shop because the ladies don't make her comfortable , she said that she is even scared to looking around for the thinks she wants me to buy her. The said part is , I preferred the store because they usually have most of the clothes that she wants. 2. I've once bought a ladies FILA tight pants and after wearing them once it was torn and when i took it back for exchange the ladies were not happy and they accused me of tearing the tight , why would i do that . Am not crazy , if that is what they were trying to tell me . 3. I've once had lay-bye of NIKE sneaker which amounted to R949.95. I have paid R250.00 on the 21/05/2018 and made my last payment of R699.95 on 29/06/2018 when i went to collect them. Now last Friday 24/08/2019 when we were looking for a FILA T-shirt they told me that I have ****** them and the one lady kept on saying that I was aware that I did not not pay , that I have took the sneaker without paying, how is that possible. As they are the once that gave me the sneakers. I am happy I still have proof of payment with me. Although am not happy with the service , especially the attitude I have experienced and will never shop there , never again. Am going to lay serious charges of deformation of character. As I was so embarrassed and was treated like thieve in front of my daughter. What a trauma to my daughter . Am sure the cameras at the store will reveal the ladies who were giving this bad customer service. Am so disappointing and unhappy .
