Poor Customer Service from MiX by Powerfleet
In my experience, once they have your business, they stop caring. Customer service is practically nonexistent, and they could not even tell me where my car was. However, they still expect payment at the end of every month.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. They have reported information to the credit bureau stating that I am paying a monthly debit order of R16,207 towards them, which is not true. This incorrect information is negatively affecting my credit profile and has made it difficult for me to apply for a home loan, as it impacts my affordability assessment. I have made several attempts to contact them and resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that this incorrect information be investigated and corrected as soon as possible, as it is having a serious impact on my financial situation.
