MiWine Stole My Money

On the 8th of September I ordered wine from Lizelle at MiWine and I made payment immediately. My order was confirmed on the 9th of September and I was told that my order would take between 7 and 14 working days to be delivered to me. 14 working days came and went and when I asked where my wine was I was told that it was lost but I will receive a new order on the 16th of October. It is a week later and despite requesting my money to be refunded, I have not had any response from MiWine. Do not waste your money like I did!
