Catching up and making up

I was very concerned as I had a number of orders that just never seemed to arrive from Miwine. I was contacted by the manager, I explained my concern and the fact that I had a function where I needed the wine. The manager himself arrived 2 days later with all the outstanding orders and wine, a day before my event. They maybe struggling at the moment but that team is fighting hard to restore their delivery standards. I am very relieved and pleased with the Miwine team, and manager... thank you!
