Hit an run by Miway

My car was involved in an accident, phone Miway as my insurance immediately. The car was taken by a towing truck under Miway authority to Auction Nation in East London. My vehicle got damage further while at the place authorised by Miway. The accessor went to assess the damages on the vehicle under my claim. They were informed by the Auction Nation people that they damage the vehicle. Miway is separating the damage on the vehicle even though both damages happened within my claim at the place choose by them.

My cover is a total loos cover and with both damages I qualify to be assisted on my vehicle. I'm not being treated as a third party while both damages happened within my cover and waiting for their accessment.

What a shame to a company I trusted.
