Whose way...My way?!

I cancelled my Life Insurance policy a few months back and still there are deductions from my account. Making contact with someone from the Miway Life call center is near impossible and their turn around time for returning your call is up to 72 hours which is ridiculous. Miway Life, not doing insurance 'my way'...
