Waiting for a lifer payout for months

I have been following up on my late husband life cover clam its been 8 months and I have not received any feedback. I'm currently struggling to pay the bond and soon I might loose the house and we will have no where to go with my kids. Their call center agents are very useless they will be telling me they will ask someone to give me a call but still haven't heard from them Veronica is the one who was busy assisting with my claim last time I spoke to here was in April she ignored all my emails and never contact me. I am very disappointed as I'm thinking of canceling my policy with mywaylife
