Waiting for 9 months and counting for the claim finalisation

Miwaylife has not yet settled a claim that was submitted 9 months ago, they didn’t make an effort to contact the doctors and we had to get the information from the doctors ourselves and now that they have the information they are not getting back to us with the claim finalisation
