Very bad treatment I receive from Miway

I just re joined Miway recently and the consultant told me as I took a new policy I will be given three months life cover for free and there is no obligations. Somewhere in Sept month 2020 I was called by TASEEN HAET. This guy told me that actually during taking of my house hold and vehicle insurance the consultant was suppose to take my medical status, beneficiaries etc in order for them to be able to process my policy fully.

I felt like he is giving me a new policy based on his questions and told him that I DON’T WANT ANY POLICY EXCEPT WHAT I HAVE. He told me the information he is looking for just to complete my application fully is not like he giving any policy. I was surprise after a day or two to receive welcoming email and new policy documents from Miway life and everything was processed by this TASEEN HAET even though I did told him that I don’t want life cover because I got one already. I was so unhappy with this kind of cleverness treatment from TASEEN HAET, It came to my mind that this is what is normally doing and is taking advantage of accessing our information from Miway and do as he pleases to manipulate and lie to us. The reason why he is so confidently pursuing this it is because he was successful many times before, so he is keeping on and on. This TASEEN HAET don’t deserve to work at Miway if this is what he normally do. If I did not check my email I could have just be surprised by debit orders.
